Lucy's love for Ambiance began long before joining the "A Team". Her career began while working alongside friend and Ambiance Lead Designer Christi Tullis, as a kitchen designer with a flair for the unusually exquisite. After leaving the case-goods design industry, Hamilton began to grow exponentially in what she considers her true calling-marketing. Her experience in the corporate world of marketing are evident though understated in her highly whimsical marketing style for the Ambiance cooperate gift clients. Lucy personally selects and oversees each client's uniquely designed gift packages and special delivery from the East Coast to the West Coast and everywhere in between, each fine-tuned to exceed the expectations of her clients. From dramatic events to treasure hunts to limericks and fun filled frolics, her impact at Ambiance is seen from the elaborate corporate gift creations to the chic marketing ideas that she polishes to perfection.
Lucy has been dubbed the "A" list Dr. Seuss; others such as former Home Accents Today Editor, Becky Boswell Smith refer to Hamilton as a "marketing wizard".
